Reflections on the Holocaust Museum

Today, I went to the Holocaust Museum. Just as I expected, it was terrifying. I don't like seeing corpses. It gives me the shivers and it makes me feel scared.  When we went up the elevator to the permanent exhibit, we saw many things. Most of it was about Adolf Hitler rising to power. We also saw videos about the concentration camps, the Nazi (NOT-ZEE) and how Jews have been treated during the centuries. I felt terrible because I couldn't believe that some people treated the Jews that way. Then, we went to see a cabin that was from a concentration camp called  Auschwitz (AUS-CHWITZ).It was so painful to hear that people were gassed to death. We also visited  an exhibit where we learned about a Jewish boy named Daniel. In the exhibit, he told us about his childhood and how he survived the Holocaust. He was able to get through it  knowing his mother and sister got murdered.  Toward the end, we went to learn about genocide outside of Germany. We learned about Khmer Rouge and how they executed many, many, people.
                                                               .......

Some times I wish that the Holocaust never happened. One of the life lessons I have learned: Stand up for the people who are in trouble.

Review

The goblet of fire is an amazing book, because there was so much magic and fantasy, that I believe many people who haven’t read it will love it.
